The damage type that Tahm Kench deals is mostly Magic Damage.
Tahm Kench's damage type breakdowns as follows:
Tahm Kench puts the heft of his immense body behind his attacks and abilities, gaining extra damage based on 8 - 60 (+3%) (+ 2% per 100 ability power) of his total health. Damaging enemy champions builds stacks of An Acquired Taste. At three stacks, he can use Devour on an enemy champion.
Deals 80/130/180/230/280 (+100% bonus Ability Power) magic damage to the first enemy hit and slows them by 50% for 2 seconds. On Champion hit, heals Tahm for 10/15/20/25/30% (+ 3/3.5/4/4.5/5% of his missing health) of his missing health and applies a stack of An Acquired Taste. If that Champion already had 3 stacks of An Acquired Taste, they will also be stunned for 2 seconds, consuming the stacks.Activate Devour while your tongue is in midair to devour enemy champions who already have 3 stacks of An Acquired Taste from a distance when you hit them.
Tahm Kench channels for 1.35 seconds, dives for 0.15 seconds, then appears at the targeted area, dealing 100/135/170/205/240 (+ 125% bonus Ability Power) damage and knocking up enemies for 1 second. Hitting an enemy champion refunds 0.15% of its cooldown and mana cost. Tahm Kench can take Devoured allies along for the ride (allies can always eject before the channel finishes). Enemies cannot see where Tahm Kench is headed until 0.75 seconds into the channel.
Passive: 15/23/31/39/47% of damage Tahm Kench takes is stored by his Thick Skin, increased to 42/44/46/48/50% if there are at least 4 nearby enemy champions. If Kench has not taken damage within 4 seconds, Thick Skin will rapidly be consumed to heal Tahm for 45 - 100% of its value.Active: Convert all your stored Thick Skin into a Shield, lasting 2.5 seconds.
Tahm Kench swallows the target champion for up to 3 seconds. If the target champion is an enemy, they must have 3 stacks of Passive - An Acquired Taste and take 100/250/400 + 650/800/950% (+ 7% per 100 Ability Power) maximum health as magic damage. Tahm Kench is also grounded and slowed by 40% movement speed. If the target champion is an ally, they are granted a 650/800/950 (+ 150% bonus Ability Power) shield which decays gradually after being spit out. Tahm Kench is also grounded but can still cast W - Abyssal Dive and gains 40% movement speed. Tahm Kench’s allies can see when Devour is available on his health bar (enemies cannot).
