Samira's attacks in melee range deal additional 2 - 19 (based on level) (+3.5% bonus Attack Damage - 10.5% bonus Attack Damage) magic damage and gains 2/2.5/3/3.5% Movement Speed per stack (at levels 1/6/11/16). Samira's attacks against enemies already knocked up keeps them in the air for at least 0.5 seconds.
