Awakened Spirit: Udyr has four basic abilities that swap between stances. He can periodically recast his active stance to Awaken it for bonus effects, with a shared 1.5 seconds cooldown between stances.

Monk Training: Each time Udyr enters or Awakens a stance, his next two attacks gain 30% attack speed and refund 5% of Awaken’s total cooldown.

Udyr's abilities can be leveled up 6 times, starting at level 16

Claw Stance: Udyr gains 20/32/44/56/68/80% Attack Speed and his Attacks deal 5/11/17/23/29/35 (+ 25% bonus Attack Damage) physical damage On-Hit for 4 seconds. Additionally, Udyr's next two Attacks in this stance deal a bonus of 3/4/5/6/7/8 (+4% per 100 bonus attack damage) max Health physical damage and gain 50 range.

Awaken: Gain an additional 20 - 70% Attack Speed and Udyr's next two Attacks deals 2 - 4% (+0.2% per 100 bonus attack damage) max health physical damage and call lightning six times, dealing a total of 9 - 18% (+36% per 100 ability power) max Health magic damage to isolated targets (strikes bounce to other nearby targets when possible). Additionaly, deals a minimum of 40 - 160 damage to minions.

This is capped at 20 (+100% bonus Attack Damage) (+50% bonus Ability Power)

Awaken: Gain 45/60/75/90/105/120 Shield (+65% bonus Ability Power) (+8% of maximum Health), restore 10 - 75 Health (+22.5/30/37.5/45/52.5/60) (+32.5% bonus Ability Power) (+4% of maximum Health) over 4 seconds, and Udyr's next two Attacks instead have 30% Life Steal and restore (2.4/2.64/2.88/3.12/3.36/3.6% of maximum Health) Health (+16% bonus Ability Power).

Healing on-hit is reduced to 40% against minions

Awaken: Grants immunity to Immobilizing and Disabling effects and an additional 30 - 40% Move Speed for 1.5 seconds.

Storm Stance: Udyr surrounds himself in a glacial storm for 4 seconds, dealing 20/38/56/74/92/110 (+35% bonus Ability Power) magic damage per second to nearby enemies and Slowing them by 15/18/21/24/27/30%. Additionally, Udyr's next two Attacks in this stance deal 10 - 30 (+30% bonus Ability Power) magic damage to enemies in the storm.

Awaken: Unleash the storm, causing it to follow Udyr's last Attacked enemy, deal an additional 1 - 2% (+3.5% per 100 ability power) max Health magic damage over the duration, and Slow by 20/23/26/29/32/35%.

Deals 50/60/70/80 damage to minions (at levels 1/6/11/16).
